Terms and Conditions of Accommodation

You must agree to abide by Terms and Conditions of Accommodation at
Comfort Inn & Suites Karratha.
You must be 18 years of age with photo identification
or be supervised constantly by a parent while in a room.
Comfort Inn & Suites Karratha strictly prohibits smoking inside apartments.
There will be a surcharge of $150 (per night) for smoking inside the apartment.
Any damage to the apartments, leaving the apartment in less than good condition
or theft of any inclusions from the apartment will incur a fee commensurate
with the value of damage or theft.
Comfort Inn & Suites karratha does not, as part of this agreement,
provide safe keeping services and will not be liable for loss or theft
of money, jewels or other valuables.
Please be aware that if there is any breach of these terms and conditions,
the Management of Comfort Inn & Suites Karratha reserves the right
to revoke your accommodation with forfeiture of moneys paid.
